Currently, one of the most effective materials used in modern construction is a coating based on polyurea.The most important advantage of coatings based on polyurea is that, due to the high curing rate (less than 30 seconds) of the prepolymer - isocyanate and polyester - amine resin, the properties of the resulting material are practically independent of weather conditions and retain their protective properties even when applied in difficult climatic conditions, and due to the method of application - using spraying equipment, monolithic coatings are easily obtained on surfaces of any shape.

TECHNOLOGY OF POLYUREA MATERIALS APPLICATION:
Polycarbamide-based material is applied using high-precision and high-performance equipment with separate feeding of components. The equipment allows to process up to 300 -500 m2 of surface per working shift.

The design institute has designed more than 80 unique containers with built-in quick loading and unloading device to replace the old and unsuitable fleet of equipment. These containers were designed in accordance with the requirement that the containers will be used in the future to transport sulphur to a remote mine in Western Australia and then sent back loaded with ammonium sulphate to the city of Perth, Western Australia. Due to the highly corrosive and abrasive operating conditions, a 3 mm thick polyurea system was selected. The coating thickness for the doors and adjacent to the bottom walls (containers) is up to 5 mm to provide additional protection against abrasion during unloading operations.
